A project carried out for one of the largest energy concerns in Europe

A personnel audit conducted on a group of 120 people in connection with the construction of a new Finance and Accounting Centre. The process aimed at identifying professional potential in terms of both corporate competence and the competence essential in each given position, focusing on the ability to work in a changing environment and adapt to new market conditions quickly.

A company involved in the international steel trade

A personnel audit directed towards a diagnosis of specialist and managerial competence. The aim of the audit was to obtain objectivised information on employee competence levels, specifying development potential and competence deficiencies, in the face of restructuring changes. The audit also had the objective of diagnosing the mood of employees as far as the expected changes in the Organisation were concerned. The outcomes were presented in the form of a competence report; In addition, the conclusions dealt with the specific communication mechanisms within the company departments analysed.
