Assessment Centre and Development Centre constitute a method focusing on the assessment of such competence as is essential to a given position .
During an Assessment Centre / Development Centre session, the participants perform tasks which are a sample of the duties of a given position. This allows us to observe the actual competence of a given person. For this reason, the method is deemed to be the most accurate and reliable source of information on personnel competence.
